Dwight Bridges, CPA, CGA

Founder and Principal Consultant

Dwight Bridges is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management and organizational transformation.

Most recently, Dwight served for over seven years as Chief Financial Officer of the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, one of the nation’s leading community-focused organizations. In this role, he provided steady, strategic leadership during a period of significant challenge—guiding the organization into an era of sustained growth, financial strength, and expanded community impact across the Washington, DC region.

Dwight brings deep expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including senior financial management and consulting, strategic planning, capital development, financing strategies, organizational turnaround, human resources strategy, project management, and executive-level decision making. His ability to align financial strategy with mission-driven outcomes has consistently delivered measurable results.

Dwight is a CPA and CGA, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

Rishi Patry, GPHR

With over 15 years of experience in business operations and HR management, Rishi Patry is proven leader with expertise in supporting multinational growth across the global telecommunications, professional services, technology, and public sector environments.

Rishi has a proven track record of enabling market entry, scaling operations, and supporting executive decision-making in complex, regulated, and cross-border markets by aligning organizational structure, leadership capability, and execution plans with business strategy.

Additionally, Rishi has directly supported corporate expansion and new-market launches, including helping establish legal entities in California and Brazil for China Unicom Americas, and in New York and Washington State for China Telecom Americas both leading international telecom organizations with extensive operations in the United States.

Rishi holds a BA in International Relations from Carleton University and a Global Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
